It is completely effortless to change yourself using self hypnosis, I have no idea why more people aren’t doing it. When it comes to self hypnosis and weight loss it’s exactly the same, you change your self image in the mind and the body follows. There is no dieting to it, you simply become a thin person instead of an overweight person by listening to relaxing self hypnosis recordings as you fall asleep at night!

There is a reason why Dr. Jones is renown in the hypnosis field, his stuff works, period. I prefer to listen to the hypnosis recordings as I fall asleep at night. It’s very relaxing and as a side benefit you will sleep better and feel more refreshed in the morning. When you fall asleep listening to a self hypnosis recordings, it is still playing in your ear and you are still getting the message, without your conscious mind in the way.
It’s really fun listening to self hypnosis recordings by Dr. Jones. I have many of Dr. Jones’s recordings, but I am currently listening to his Unlimited Wealth Creation Titanium mp3 every night. His targeted recordings are all slightly different but basically, he takes you on a journey until you are super relaxed and then he includes the more targeted suggestions. The Unlimited Wealth Creation Titanium is 70 minutes long and I am typically sound asleep less than 20 minutes into it.
The best way to listen to self hypnosis and weight loss MP3’s is with Bluetooth headphones connected to your cell phone. If you are like me you have your cell phone sitting on the charger every night next to you bed anyways, so it’s just a matter of hitting play on the recording.
