The best way to address anxiety is to be proactive. You listen to the mp3’s every evening as you fall asleep and let the hypnosis do it’s work. After a short time, typically three weeks, you will realize that you are no longer experiencing the fear of that particular issue.
It’s best to listen as you fall asleep with headphones on. I like to use Bluetooth earbuds connected to my cell phone.
